These rules apply to the giveaways and contests listed on this page, offered by Double Branch Veterinary Hospital LLC ("we," "us"). If a promotion's specific rules differ from the General Rules, the specific rules control.

General Rules (All Promotions)

  • Free to enter. No purchase, payment, or appointment is required to enter or win. Buying a service or booking an appointment does not improve your chances.
  • Eligibility. Open to individuals 18 or older unless a promotion says otherwise. Our owners, employees, and their households are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
  • One entry per person. Entries that are fraudulent, automated, or in violation of these rules may be disqualified.
  • Prizes. Prizes have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged. We may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if needed. Values stated are approximate retail values. Winners are responsible for any taxes.
  • Winners. We contact or announce winners as described below. If a winner cannot be reached or does not respond within seven (7) days, we may choose an alternate winner in the same way.
  • Your information. We use what you give us to run the promotion and contact winners. Texts or emails about clinic updates are optional and never required to enter or win. See our Privacy Policy.
  • Social media. Promotions advertised on social media are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta, Facebook, or Instagram, and you release those platforms from any liability related to the promotion. You are never required to share a post or tag anyone to enter.
  • Changes. If a promotion cannot run as planned, we may modify or end it and will award the prize by random drawing from eligible entries where possible.
  • Release. To the extent permitted by law, by entering you release us and our owners and employees from claims arising from your participation or use of a prize.
  • Governing law. Florida law applies.

Grand Opening Grand Prize Giveaway — Official Rules

  • Sponsor: Double Branch Veterinary Hospital LLC, 30557 Commerce Drive, San Antonio, FL 33576.
  • Eligibility: Open to individuals 18 years of age or older.
  • Entry period: In-person entries open Sunday, November 1, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM EST.
  • How to enter: Complete a free entry slip at the giveaway table at 30557 Commerce Drive, San Antonio, FL 33576. Limit one (1) entry per person. No purchase or RSVP required.
  • Prize: One (1) pet dental cleaning for a dog or cat (Approximate Retail Value: $600). Includes initial exam, anesthesia, monitoring, scaling, polishing, and veterinarian-required bloodwork and dental X-rays up to $600 total. Extractions, oral surgery, and medications are excluded; winner pays any amount over $600. Non-transferable; no cash value. Must be redeemed within one (1) calendar year (by November 1, 2027). Patient must be up to date on core vaccinations prior to the procedure.
  • Winner selection: One (1) winner will be drawn at random at approximately 3:00 PM on November 1, 2026. Entrants do not need to be present to win. Winner will be notified by phone or email within two (2) business days. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) business days of notification, an alternate winner may be drawn.
  • Release: Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Double Branch Veterinary Hospital LLC from any liability related to the prize. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.

Grand Opening Pet Costume Contest

  • When: Sunday, November 1, 2026, 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM Eastern Time, at 30557 Commerce Drive, San Antonio, FL 33576.
  • How to enter: Sign up free at check-in with your pet in costume. Open to event attendees of any age; entrants under 18 need a parent or guardian.
  • Pets: Pets must be healthy, friendly, and up to date on rabies and age-appropriate vaccines, and leashed or in a carrier. Owners are responsible for their pets. We may remove any animal that appears unwell or unsafe.
  • Prize: One (1) Double Branch pet gift basket of treats, toys, and goodies.
  • Winner selection: This is a judged contest, not a random drawing. Three (3) members of our team score each costume on creativity, originality, and presentation. The highest total score wins. The winner is announced at the event at about 2:30 PM.

Online & Social Media Giveaways

From time to time, we may run giveaways or contests through our social media accounts (such as Instagram or Facebook), our Google Business Profile, or other online platforms. Each giveaway post or listing states the prize, and its approximate value where required by applicable law, the entry period, how to enter (free, such as commenting, following, or leaving a review), and how the winner is chosen and notified. Unless stated otherwise, these giveaways are open to Florida residents 18 or older, and one winner is randomly drawn from all eligible entries.
